Who can bring my child to appointments?
The legal guardian must complete all new patient paperwork and be present for the patient’s initial visit. After the initial visit, any adult 18 or older can accompany the child to their appointment.

Do you perform same day treatment?
Typically, we do not perform same day treatment unless it is an emergency.

Can I drop my child off and then come back to pick them up?
An adult 18 or older must always be on the premises during your child’s visit.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Driver’s license, insurance card, and form of payment.

We are in network with most insurances in the Big Country area.

We accept all insurance as long as your insurance allows you to see us.

Financial responsibility for dental services, including different options for payment, will be clearly explained before dental treatment.

Questions about the fees of various dental services will be answered following your examination.

Payment is expected when dental services are rendered.

Any balance not paid by the insurance company is the responsibility of the patient.
